FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION The City has received a letter from H. Ben Maghsoudi requesting
an opportunity to address the City Council on the problem of
access to the Shell Station at 11989 Dublin Boulevard. Mr.
Maghsoudi specifically is requesting an opening in the center
median on Dublin Boulevard west of San Ramon Boulevard. Staff
has taken no action on the request in that the City Council
at its meeting of July 26, 1982 determined to take no action
on such requests until an engineering study addressing all such
medians could be conducted.

Dear City Council,
This is to request a hearing on the question of opening the
median on Dublin Blvd. west of San Ramon Blvd. Many of you may be
aware of the problem of access to my business. I a.m in the process
of expanding my gasoline business to include a 24 hour convenience
store. I would appreciate the Council giving me time to explain the
special situation my business location has and to work out_ a plan
to benefit the community, the public, and myself.
