SUBJECT: Banner Installation - Dublin Chamber of Commerce - for
Dublin Pride Week
EXHIBITS ATTACHED: Encroachment Permit Application Dated April 7, 1986
RECOMMENDATION: Approve installation of banner, consistent with City
policy, from April 20 through April 26 on the Shannon
Center fence.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Minimal cost; a few hours of Staff time will be required
to issue the permit and provide followup inspection.
DESCRIPTION:
The Dublin Chamber of Commerce is requesting permission to install a
banner on the fence of Shannon Center from April 20 through April 26 in
conjunction with Dublin Pride Week. They are requesting use of the fence as the
banner poles on San Ramon Road have been reserved by other parties during this
period of time.
