Thompson, Public Works Director 1) Resolution 2) Grant Deed, with plat and description 3) Location Map Adopt resolution and authorize Mayor to execute deed None DESCRIPTION: Staff has been working with the Dublin San Ramon Services District in relation to potential locations for a water line that will serve the B.J. Dublin Commercial (John Moore) property that is being developed along Dougherty Road and Dublin Boulevard. It has been determined that the best location for the water line runs through the easterly corner of one of the remnant parcels from the Dublin Boulevard Extension land acquisition (see location map). This property is still currently owned by the City, although it is proposed to be acquired and merged with a property to the north for a restaurant. Utilities for the merged parcel will come from an interior private street within which the needed utility service lines have been installed.
