Direct Staff to Prepare Formal Acknowledgment to the Foundation RECOMMENDA TION: FINANCIAL STATEMENT: See Discussion Below DESCRIPTION: The Dublin Senior Center Foundation received a $2,500 grant from the Tri-Valley Community Fund. With this funding, the Foundation purchased the following equipment to be donated to the Dublin Senior Center. . Portable Salad Bar Electric Soup Kettles (2) Microwave Oven Coffee Urn Griddle The Dublin Senior Center Foundation works closely with Staff to identify needs of the Dublin Senior Center. This equipment is a welcome addition to the Dublin Senior Center kitchen which serves home- cooked meals to area seniors five days per week. Per Government Code Section 37354, it is recommended that all gifts and contributions be formally accepted by the City Council.
