DESCRIPTION On January 17, 1986 the City of Dublin received a claim submitted on behalf of Douglas Morrison. The claim alleges that claimant broke his index finger when a door slammed closed on it at Nielsen Elementary School. The claimant was participating in the* City Sponsored afterschool playground program. The claim requests $25 , 000 in special damages and $25 , 000 in general damages .
