FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
DESCRIPTION:
The statement for services rendered was $11,800 which was the
amount that was bid by Reliable Tree Experts.
On February 2, 1999, the City Council awarded the Tree Removal for Phase I of Emerald Glen Park to
Reliable Tree Experts. The cost for the tree removal was within the funds budgeted for construction of
Emerald Glen Park. The removal of the trees was necessary as part of the construction of the Park.
The Public Works Director has reviewed the work on the project and has determined that the work is
complete and in accordance with the approved specifications. Staff'recommends that the City Council
accept the project.
