SUBJECT: Banner Installation - Dublin Rotary Club

RECOMMENDATION: Approve installation of banner ,
consistent with City policy, from
February 21 through March 3 , on the
Shannon Center fence.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Minimal cost ; a few hours of Staff time
will be required to issue the permit and
provide followup inspection.
DESCRIPTION:
The Dublin Rotary Club is presenting a Casino Night on March
22 , 1986 . They originally requested to hang a banner across San
Ramon Road from March 1 to March 14 , 1986 . Since the banner
poles are to be used by the City for a St . Patrick ' s Day banner
from March 3 through March 17 , the Rotary representative modified
their request . This event will be held at the Shannon Center .

Per our telephone conversation of the other day, the Dublin
Rotary Club would like to reserve the two week period from
March 1 to March 14 , 1986 to hang a banner across San Ramon
Road. This banner will be used to advertize the March 22 ,
1986 Dublin Rotary Casino Night to benefit Polio-Plus and
the American Cancer Society ,
