FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
Contract Bid: $42,574.00
Actual Cost: 42,574.00
DESCRIPTION:
In September, 1985, the City Council awarded Contract 85-5B,
Office/Storage Building in the City Corporation Yard, to Page
Construction Company. The contract provided for construction of
a prefabricated steel building with an office and bathroom. The
building will be used for maintenance and police storage, as well
as an office for the Public Works Maintenance Superintendent.
The City Engineer and the Building Inspector have reviewed
the improvements and found them to be in accordance with the
approved plans, specifications, and modifications. Staff
recommends that the City Council accept the improvements and
authorize the retention payment of $4,257.40.
