SUBJECT Banner Installation - Dublin Rotary Founder' s Week

RECOMMENDATION Approve installation of banner from September 24-29,
1985
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Minimal cost - a few hours of Staff time will be
required to issue permit and provide follow-up
inspection
DESCRIPTION The Dublin Rotary Club is planning their annual Arts &
Crafts Fair as one of the Founder' s Week activities on Sepember 28th and
29th. Since the Children' s Theatre Workshop has scheduled the banner poles
beginning September 27th, the Rotary Club banner will have to be placed on
the Shannon Center fence along San Ramon Road.

Arts & Craft Fair Banner
Gentlemen:
The Dublin Rotary would like to display their Arts & Craft Fair Banner
on the Shannon Park Community Center fence off San Ramon Blvd. from
the 24th of September to the 30th of September 1985.
The banner will be to advertise the Rotary Arts & Craft Fair during
Founder's Week. The fair will be held on the 28th and 29th of September
1985. The Banner measurements are 4' x 34' and the Dublin Rotary will
be responsible for putting it up and taking it down.
