Acceptance ofImprovements for Dublin Meadows, Tract 5883

RECOMMENDATION: # Accept the improvements in Tract 5883 as being completed
FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
None, as all street improvements are private and the Alamo Creek
Channel will be maintained by either Alameda County Flood
Control-Zone 7, or by the Homeowners Association
DESCRIPTION: . The improvements in the Dublin Meadows subdivision, located on
Amador Valley Blvd. east of Stagecoach Road, were never completed as part of the subdivision. The
.. project developer went bankrupt prior to completing improvements within the Alamo Creek Channel and
some minor repairs to the interior street improvements,. The bonding company, Golden Eagle Insurance,
was then required to complete these improvements. The improvements have been completed by the
bonding company in conformance with the approved set of contract drawings.
It is appropriate that the City Council accept the improvements in Tract 5883 as being completed and that
the bonds guaranteeing the improvements be released.
