DESCRIPTION: The City has received a donation of $89.00 from the Valley
Christian Elementary School fourth grade classes in appreciation for the tours conducted at the Heritage
Center. The classes designated that the donation be used for use in the upkeep of the Murray Schoolhouse
and Old St. Raymond's Church..
Per Government Code Section 37354, it is recommended that all gifts and contributions be formally
accepted by the City Council. Therefore it is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council accept the
gift and direct Staff to prepare a formal acknowledgment to the donor.
