A PROCLAMA TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF '
DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, LTC Dale Bain has been in command at Parks RFTA
since August 1994; and
WHEREAS, during his tour of duty at Camp Parks, LTC Bain has
played a key role in working with the City of Dublin; and
WHEREAS, LTC Bain has been extremely instrumental in cleaning
up Camp Parks both environmentally and visually; and
WHEREAS, LTC Bain has provided positive leadership in
establishing a cooperative relationship between the Army and the
City of Dublin for which the City is most appreciative; and
.
WHEREAS, such distinguished and committed service to the
community should not go unrecognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED that the Dublin City
Council expresses its sincere appreciation for the public service
rendered and the role model provided by LTC Dale Bain in serving
not only the needs of his unit, but also the needs of the community
around him.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED that the Dublin City Council extends
to LTC Dale Bain and his family its best wishes in their new
assignment.
