FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: At the City Council meeting on January 31, 1995, the Mayor announced
that he would like to fill the seats on the Tri-Valley Community Television Board. The two seats are
currently filled by Edy Coleman and Lisbeth Howard. The Mayor proposes to re-appoint Edy
Coleman and newly appoint Claudia McCormick to the Board with the approval of the City Council.
The Cities of Dublin, San Ramon, Livermore and Pleasanton make two appointments per City and
the Board chooses three at.large members. The Community Television appointments serve a two
year term. According to the CTV Bylaws, there are no limits on the number of terms board members
serve.
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the appointments of Edy Coleman and Claudia
McCormick to the Tri-Valley Community Television Board.
