n First, we would like to congratulate you on your recent
election. It must be exciting to initiate a new city.
The Housing Authority, within the next few months, will begin
the operation of Phase I of its new development Arroyo Vista,
and thus the purpose of this letter.

We would like to know what is the present intention and fut-
ure goal of the City of Dublin in terms of providing fire

protection coverage to the new Arroyo Vista complex? When
0 would this service begin, what form would it take, and
what are the necessary steps to accomplish this?
Please advise the Housing Authority on these various points
as soon as possible. ,
If there is any way in which the Housing Authority can assist
in the start up of the City of Dublin please let us know.
