RESOLUTION NO. 4-82 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ORDERING THE CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER TO EXECUTE A
BOND AND SETTING THE AMOUNT THEREOF
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 36518 of the State of California
requires the City Clerk and City Treasurer to execute a bond in favor
of the City of Dublin in connection with duties performed on behalf of
the City of Dublin, and
WHEREAS, Section 3651 provides the penal sum of the bond shall be
a reasonable amount recommended by the City Attorney and fixed by the
City Council by resolution and may be changed during the term of office,
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney recommends and the City Council fixes
the amount of the bond to be $100,000.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Dublin that the City Clerk and City Treasurer execute a bond in favor
of the City of Dublin for $100,000 effective February I, 1982.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1982 by
the following vote:
