RESOLUTION NO. 3-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPOINTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin was incorporated on February 1, 1982,
as a general law city of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the
affairs of the City that the City Council appoint a City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Dublin DOES
RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. Michael R. Nave is hereby appointed as City Attorney
to serve at the pleasure of the City Council .
SECTION 2. The City Attorney shall receive as compensation for
legal services rendered the sum of $75 per hour and shall be reimbursed.

the City and the City Attorney subsequent to the date hereof.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of February, 1982.
