RESOLUTION 2-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin was incorporated on February 1, 1982,
as a general law city of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a City Treasurer be appointed in
order that the affairs of the City may be properly administered, and
WHEREAS, George Gaekle has agreed to serve temporarily as City
Treasurer be appointed in order that the affairs of the City may be
properly administered, and
WHEREAS, George Gaekle has agreed to serve temporarily as City
Treasurer until someone is appointed to succeed him;
NOW, THEREFORE, George Gaekle is hereby appointed City Treasurer
of the City of Dublin, at no compensation while performing the duties
of City Treasurer, to serve temporarily until a successor is appointed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1982,
by the following vote:
