RESOLUTION NO. 1-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin was incorporated on February 1 , 1982, as a
general law city of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a City Clerk be appointed immediately in
order that the affairs of the City may be properly administered, and
WHEREAS, Dorothy Hock has agreed to serve temporarily as City Clerk, until
someone is appointed to succeed her, at a compensation rate of $14.75 per hour;
NOW, THEREFORE, Dorothy Hock is hereby appointed City Clerk of the City of
Dublin at a rate of compensation of $14.75 per hour to serve temporarily until a
successor is appointed.
