Senate Bill 343 mandates supplemental materials that have been
received by the City Clerk's office that relate to an agenda item after
the agenda packets have been distributed to the City Council be
available to the public. This document is also available in the City
Clerk's office, the Dublin Library, and the City's Website.
The attached document was received in the City Clerk's office after
distribution of the November 17, 2009 City Council meeting agenda
packet.

RE: City Council Consideration of the Installation of a Traffic Signal at
Arnador Valley Blvd/Brighton Drive
Ladies and Gentlemen:
This will confirm that we join in affirming the Dublin Public Works
Director's Study F~ "Staff has considered the consultant
recommendation but recommends to City Counsel that this modification
not be implemented" (page 3, 2d paragraph.
We wish to maintain the green curb restrictive parking on the west side of
Brighton which is adjacent to our school_
~'Ve understand there may be a need due to heavy traffic flows at certain
times during the day for electronic traffic controls or othex sign-age. We
have operated A Creative Playschool at this location since 1995 and have
had the green curb since that time.
