WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS, ACTIVITY OR USE ARE YOU PROPOSING? ARROYO VISTA IS A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 378 RESIDENTIAL UNITS, LOCATED AT 6700 DOUGHERTY ROAD, DUBUN. THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO SERVE A BROAD CROSS SECTION OF THE DUBUN COMMUNITY, PROVIDING FOR -SALE MARKET RATE AND AFFORDABLE HOMES, AFFORDABLE FAMILY RENTAL HOUSING, AND AFFORDABLE INDEPENDENT LIVING SENIOR RENTAL HOUSING.
