Staff recommends that the City Council receive the presentation
and provide comments.

Jeri Ram, Community Development Director, and Dublin Housing Specialist, John B. Lucero, will make a
presentation on Housing Opportunities for All Income Households in Dublin. This presentation is
intended to inform the City Council on the accomplishments the City of Dublin has made in providing
Below Market Rate rental and homeownership housing.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the presentation and provide comments.
