Foss, Assistant City Manage~~ 1. Promotional Marketing Brochure That the City Council receive and accept the presentation on the promotional marketing brochure. None. DESCRIPTION: The efforts of the City's Economic Development program are to intended to strengthen and diversify the city's economic base through business recruitment and retention. Those efforts have been augmented by print materials and information on the City's web site. Staff worked with ValForms, Inc. to produce the attached twelve (12) page brochure entitled Dublin - A Great Place to Grow! The brochure extols the virtues of doing business in Dublin and recognizes the City's history, school's, quality of life, location, and potential for new business opportunities. There are 2,500 copies of the brochure that will be used during the recruitment and retention efforts of the City Council and the Economic Development Staff. RECOMMENDATION: It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council receive and accept the presentation on the promotional marketing brochure. The schools in the Dublin Unified School District have been honored time and again with the California Distinguished School designation.
