and 3, on Book 340, Pages 3844 in the Alameda County Official Records)
RESOLUTION NO. 59 - 21
A RESOLUTION OFT E CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING KAISER ROAD AS A PRIVATE STREET
WHEREAS, Kaiser Permanente has requested that the City recognize a private unnamed
street on the westerly portion of the Kaiser parcel ((Parcel Map 10546, Parcels 2 and 3, on Book
340, Pages 3844 in the Alameda County Official Records), as depicted in Exhibit A to this
Resolution, as Kaiser Road; and
WHEREAS, the street naming has been reviewed in accordance with the provisions of
the Dublin Municipal Code 7.08.070; and
WHEREAS, Staff provided notice referring the proposed street name to the various
agencies on May 5, 2021 and no response regarding concerns of any similar named streets in
the area was received.

WHEREAS, the City Council did hear and consider all suc
recommendations and support the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does
hereby approve Kaiser Road as a private street, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Dublin is hereby directed
to transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Alameda County Clerk -
Recorder's Office and to forward a copy of the Resolution to the Alameda County Fire
Department, United States Post Office, County of Alameda, each adjoining city, and all affected
property owners.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Hu, Josey, Kumagai, McCorriston and Mayor Hernandez

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
