Tuesday, March 9, ZUZ7
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, March 9,
2021. In keeping with the guidelines provided by the State of California and Alameda
County in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, the meeting was held as
an online virtual meeting hosted by Zoom Video Communications. The meeting was
called to order at 7:00 PM by Commission Chairperson Benson,

6.1 Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 8.84 (Sign Regulations) and
Chapter 8.104 (Site Development Review) (PLPA-2017-00018)
Michael Cass, Principal Planner, made a presentation and responded to questions
posed by the Commission.
On a motion by Commissioner Grier, seconded by Commissioner Thalblum, the Planning
Commission approved staff 's recommendation and adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 21-02
RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER
8.84 (SIGN REGULATIONS) AND CHAPTER 8.104 (SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW)
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTIVE CITY-WIDE
PLPA-2017-00018

Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, reminded Commissioners
of a training opportunity at the League of California Cities Annual Planning
Commissioners Academy that will take place virtually on March 25, 26, and March 31-
April 1.
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the Commission
that we do not currently have any agenda items scheduled for the March 23, 2021 meeting
and it will be cancelled.
