A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Parks & Community Services Commission was held on
Monday, October 19, 2020, remotely via Zoom Video Communications. The meeting
was called to order at 7:00 PM., by Chairperson Matthew Giller.

brief informational report about the September 23, 2020 Youth Advisory
Committee meeting.

Shaun Chilkotowsky, Heritage and Cultural Arts Manager presented the specifics
of the item as outlined in the staff report.
7.2. Cultural Arts Center - Program Operations
La Shawn Butler, Parks and Community Service Director, presented the specifics
of the item as outlined in the staff report.
Commissioners provided feedback on the items outlined in the staff report
including additional feedback to be considered.

Commissioners gave updates on various projects.
9. Adjournment
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Cm. Giller at 8:02 PM.
