A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission was held on
Thursday, October 8, 2020, remotely via Zoom Video Communications. The meeting
was called to order at 7:00 PM., by Chairperson Georgean Vonheeder-Leopold.

7.1. City of Dublin Poet Laureate and City Historian
La Shawn Butler, Parks and Community Service Director, presented the specifics
of the item as outlined in the Staff Report.
The Commission voted to recommend the item to the City Council.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

7.2. Cultural Arts Center - Gallery Operations
Shaun Chilkotowsky, Heritage and Cultural Arts Manager presented the specifics
of the item as outlined in the Staff Report.
Commissioners provided feedback on the items outlined in the Staff Report
including additional feedback to be considered.
8. Other Business
Commissioners gave updates on various projects.
9. Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Chair Vonheeder-
Leopold at 8:42 PM.
