A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission was held on
Thursday, January 9, 2020, in the Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission Council
Chamber. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM., by Commissioner Kathy
Blackburn.

Vanessa Thomas of the Dublin Art Collective shared information regarding the
Collective's participation with the Lapis Lazuli Art Club made up of high school
students from Pleasanton and San Ramon. She also commented on donated art
display racks.

3.1. Approve the minutes of the December 12, 2019 meeting.
Approved the minutes.
3.2. Heritage and Cultural Arts Division Monthly Report
Received the report.

Chairperson for the 2020 calendar year.

8. Other Business
Cm. Wolski provided an update on activities of the Dublin Art Collective and the Holiday
Boutique held on December 10th, and asked for ideas on how to utilize vacant
commercial space to show art.
Shaun Chilkotowsky, Heritage & Cultural Arts Manager provided program and event
updates.
Cm. Iharosi suggested that the Holiday Home decorating contest be brought in front of
the Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission in the future.
9. Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Cm. Blackburn at 7:37
PM.
