A Special Meeting of the Dublin Parks & Community Services Commission was held on
Monday, January 27, 2020, in the Parks & Community Services Commission Council
Chamber. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM., Chairperson Michelle Smith
McDonald.

7.1. December PCS Department Monthly Report
Bridget Amaya, Parks and Community Services Assistant Director, presented the
specifics of the item as outlined in the staff report.
Received the report.
7.2. Youth Advisory Committee Mini Grant Program Funding Allocations
Bridget Amaya introduced Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator, to present the
item.
Henry Siu presented the specifics of the item as outlined in the Staff Report.
7.3. Election of Officers
The Commission voted to elect Cm. Matthew Giller as Chairperson for the 2020
calendar year.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVED BY: Michelle Smith McDonald, Commissioner
SECOND: Joseph Washington, Commissioner
AYES: Giller, Hakim, Speck, Phaneendra
The Commission voted to elect Cm. Kristin Speck as Vice-Chairperson for the
2020 calendar year.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]

SECOND: Joseph Washington, Commissioner
