A Special Meeting of the Dublin Parks & Community Services Commission was held on
Monday, January 28, 2019, in the Council Chamber. The meeting was called to order
at 7:00 PM, by Commissioner Michelle Smith McDonald.

3.1. Approve the minutes of the December 17, 2018 Regular meeting.
On a motion by Cm. Speck, seconded by Cm. Hakim, and by a vote of 3-0-2 with Cm.
Giller absent, the Commission took the following action:
ACTION:
Approved minutes of the December 17, 2018 Parks and Community Services
Commission Meeting.
3.2. December 2018 Parks and Community Services Department Monthly Report.
On a motion by Cm. Washington, seconded by Student Representative Goel, and by a
vote of 5-0-0 with Cm. Giller absent, the Commission took the following action:
ACTION:
Received the report.
