A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ADOPTING THE 1987-88 UPDATE TO THE
FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 1986-91
WHEREAS, in 1986 the City Council adopted the City's
1986-91 Capital Improvement Program;
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of reviewing the
Capital Improvement Program to assure that all identified needs
are addressed;
WHEREAS, the 1987-88 Update has been reviewed by the
Planning Commission, which found the document to be in conformance
with the adopted General Plan;
WHEREAS, the 1987-88 Update has been reviewed by the
Parks and Recreation Commission with respect to Park Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, Dublin City Council does hereby find,
determine, declare, and resolve as follows:
(1) The Dublin City Council does hereby adopt the 1987-
88 Update to the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program 1986-91,
and said Update is attached to and made a part here of.
(2) The items scheduled for implementation in Fiscal
Year 1987-88 shall be included in the Capital Budget of the Annual
City Budget and Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 1987-88.
