A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1986-87 BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE
OF APPROPRIATING FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
WHEREAS, At the time that the 1986/87 City of Dublin
Budget was adopted receipt of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds were
not anticipated; and
WHEREAS, Following the adoption of the Budget the City
received Revenue Sharing Funds; and
WHEREAS, The City has investment earnings which have
accrued to the Revenue Sharing Fund; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has noticed and conducted a
public hearing to obtain public input on the proposed expenditure
of $51,825 in Revenue Sharing Funds; and
WHEREAS, The appropriation will require an amendment to
the 1986/87 City of Dublin Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Dublin does hereby approve the amendment of the
1986/87 Budget to appropriate $51,825 of Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds shall be used for
Police Services Personnel Expenses and the Mayor shall be
authorized to execute the necessary documents.
