A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FIELD USE FEES
FOR THE DUBLIN SPORTS GROUNDS
WHEREAS, effective January 1, 1988 the City of Dublin
assumed the responsibility for recreational activities and
programs, to include scheduling of the Dublin Sports Grounds from
the Dublin San Ramon Services District; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin Sports Grounds is utilized much of the
time by youth and adult sports groups for organized sports
leagues; and
WHEREAS, to reserve a field for use by the organized sports
leagues, a field use fee is charged; and
WHEREAS, the revenue derived from field use fees is retained
by the City; and
WHEREAS, the proposed fee schedule reflects the rates
previously charged by the Dublin San Ramon Services District.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City Council of the
City of Dublin does hereby adopt the Field Use Fees for the
Dublin Sports Grounds as contained in Exhibit A.

There is a non-refundable fee of $5,00 for processing
permits.
2. There is a $25.00 refundable deposit on keys,
There is a cleanup/damage deposit of $100,00 which is
refundable if additional staff time is not required for
cleanup and no damage is incurred.
