A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN FOR ~
PART-TIME PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 79-87
Establishing a Salary Plan for Part-Time Personnel; and
WHEREAS, resulting from the assumption of the aquatic
programming responsibility from DSRSD, additional part-time
classifications are necessary; and
WHEREAS, competitive salary provisions which will attract
quality employees are important to the provision of public
services; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to update salary provisions for
part-time employees in the City's Personnel System.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the part-time salary
provisions enacted in Resolution No. 79-87 shall be superseded by
this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following part-time hourly
salary provisions shall be established in accordance with the
City of Dublin Personnel Rules:
Part-Time Employees
The following part-time classifications shall be paid hourly
salaries within the ranges shown below:

Aquatics Coordinator
Assistant Pool Manager
Building Attendant
Cashier
Clerk Typist - Part-Time
Crime Prevention Specialist
Lifeguard
Planning Intern
Pool Manager
Preschool Aide
Preschool Instructor
Recreation Intern
Recreation Leader I
Recreation Leader II
Recreation Specialist
Senior Recreation Leader
Swim Instructor
