A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
AWARDING AGREEMENT FOR TESTING SERVICES
DUBLIN CIVIC CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has sought proposals from professional
firms providing materials testing and inspection services; and
WHEREAS, all proposals were reviewed in relation to the
firm's cost, background and experience and approach; and
WHEREAS, Consolidated Engineering Laboratories has
responded to the needs of the City for all services requested in
the Request for Proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Dublin does hereby reject all of said proposals except
that herein mentioned and hereby awards the agreement to
Consolidated Engineering Laboratories.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the agreement.
