A RESOLUTION OF THE GITY GOUNGIL OF THE GITY OF DUBLIN
DESIGNATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON AMADOR PLAZA ROAD
WHEREAS, the developer of Enea Plaza has established certain
improvements on Amador Plaza Road south of Dublin Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, said improvements require establishment of a no parking
zone on both curblines of Amador Plaza Road southerly of said intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of
Article 4 of City of Dublin Ordinance 55-87, the City Council does establish a
no parking zone on the easterly and westerly curblines of Amador Plaza Road,
from the southerly curbline of Dublin Boulevard, southerly a distance of 700
feet, the effective date to be immediately upon adoption of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said no parking zone shall be added to
Chapter 6 of the City of Dublin Traffic Code.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this llth day of January, 1988.
