Soto, City Clerk/Records Manager EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The City Council will consider approval of the minutes of two June 4, 2019 Special City Council meetings and one June 4, 2019 Regular City Council meeting. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of two June 4, 2019 Special City Council meetings and one June 4, 2019 Regular City Council meeting. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance – The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Vice Mayor Hernandez. The pledge of Allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff, and those present at the meeting. The City Council adopted the following resolution with the revision that flag requests must be brought forward by Councilmembers and accompanied with a written statement of what the flag represents.
