1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance – The meeting was called to order at 7:10
p.m. by Mayor Haubert. The pledge of allegiance was recited by the City Council, Staff,
and those present at the meeting.

3.1. Recognition of City of Dublin 2018 Citizen, Young Citizen, and Organization
of the Year, and 2019 Mayor's Award and Mayor's Legacy Award Recipients
The City Council presented certificates to the Rhea Mitr for Young Citizen of the
Year; Joe Washington for Citizen of the Year; CityServe of the Tri -Valley for
Organization of the Year; Janine Thalblum for the Mayor’s Award; and Knights of
Columbus #7987 for the Mayor’s Legacy Award.

The City Council received the presentation.

3.3. Presentation from the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District
Alan Brown, Dublin Trustee of the Alameda County Mosquito Ab atement District,
provided public comment.
The City Council received the presentation from Ryan Clausnitzer, District
Manager of the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District.
3.4. Informational Presentation by CityServe of the Tri-Valley
The City Council received the presentation.

The City Council welcomed the new Dublin Staff member, Stacy Marcoux.

The City Council received the report and terminated the exclusivity clause,
effective January 1, 2020, in the agreement with Cricket for Cubs; City Council
requested Staff bring back a report related to a new fee and rental structure of
the cricket cages; and City Council asked Staff to review the facility use
agreement, which will go first to the Parks & Community Services Commission
for review.

By consensus, the City Council requested Staff bring back an item related to the funding
of a youth expo.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:22 p.m. in honor of Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond and all
of our fallen troops.
