Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m. by Mayor Haubert. By consensus, the City Council agreed to hold a Special Meeting on Monday, December 3, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in order to hear the Valley Christian project. 4. Consent Calendar Cm. Thalblum asked that Item 4.4 be pulled. 4.1. Approved the minutes of the October 16, 2018 Regular City Council meeting. 4.2. Approved the Preferred Conceptual Design for the one-acre park site located in the Tassajara Hills Development. 4.3. Receive the notification of the City Engineer’s receipt of the Final Map for Tract 8370, Boulevard Neighborhood 19 for review. The City Council Waived the first reading and INTRODUCED an Ordinance Approving an Amended and Restated Development Agreement between the City of Dublin and Dublin Crossing LLC relating to the Dublin Crossing Project.
