SUBJECT: St. Patrick's Day Festival

RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report and Provide Input
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: The Dublin Parks and Community Services Department will be
holding the annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration on March 13 and 14. The Committee had previously
mentioned the possibility of working a booth as a fund-raiser and for Youth Advisory Committee name
recognition. Staff has been notified that the novelty booth at the festival is still available and need a group
to work this booth.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Committee review and discuss the booth offer. Staff also recommends that the
Committee state that whether or not this is a responsibility the Youth Advisory Committee is willing to
accept.
