SUBJECT: Random Acts of Kindness Week

RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report and Provide Input
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: The Dublin Youth Advisory Committee has mentioned that they
would like to do a Random Acts of Kindness Week. The Committee wants to work with local businesses
to have discounts for students. They also want to work with the Police department to pass out acts of
iindness citations. The Committee has suggested that this would be a good opportunity for businesses
and teens to start working towards their friendly relationship.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Committee brainstorm and discuss ideas that will help create a Random Acts of
Kindness Week. Staff also suggests that the Committee discuss businesses that they want to work with on
this event.
