SUBJECT: Meeting Date for the Youth Advisory Committee

RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report and Provide.Input
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: As detailed in the Youth Advisory Committee's bylaws under item
VI. A MEETINGS: it is stated that "..the Youth Advisory Committee shall hold meetings at least once a
month at a designated time and place that shall be fixed and determined by the Advisory Committee and
entered upon its minutes." Originally the meetings were set for the second Tuesday of each month. As
this no longer appears to work for some Committee members a new date should be selected.
Recommendation
Staff recommends establishing a new and lasting date that would also be used for the next term of the
Youth Advisory Committee.
