SUBJECT: 98/99 Activities Calendar

RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report and Provide Input
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: In an effort to better coordinate activity and meeting planning a
calendar has been put together of Y.A.C. meetings and all local middle and high school events. This
calendar shall serve as the Committees official calendar and provide a place to record upcoming meeting
and events. In addition to the official calendar,the Friday Night Live calendar has been provided as well.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Committee review the calendar and add any activities or meetings not already
included.
