FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Impact will be determined upon receipt of bids
December 5 , 1986
DESCRIPTION At the regular City Council Meeting on November 24,
1986 , the City Council authorized the solicitation of sealed bids for the
printing of a Community Calendar .
The Specifications contained a 10 day bidding period with the bids to be
opened on Friday , December 5 , 1986 . Therefore , a separate memorandum
describing the bid results will be delivered after receipt of the bids .
Staff will present a formal recommendation with the bid results .
