Foss, City Manager = - SUBJECT: Approval of Parcel Map 10145 for Amador Crossings (Red Mountain Retail Group, Inc.) Prepared by Jayson lmai, Senior Civil Engineer EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Red Mountain Asset Fund I, LLC, by Red Mountain Retail Group is filing Parcel Map 10145 to subdivide an existing 5.9 acre parcel into three new parcels at the Amador Crossings retail center. Amador Crossings is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amador Valley Boulevard and Amador Plaza Road. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There were no public improvements required in conjunction with Parcel Map 10145. Therefore, the City will not incur any costs as a result of the approval of Parcel Map 10145. Parcel Map 10145 dedicates a Public Service Easement, Storm Drain Easement and Fire Access Easement and establishes a No-Build Easement surrounding the existing retail building on Parcel 3 in order to conform to current Building Code requirements.
