SB 343
Senate Bill 343 mandates supplemental materials that have been
received by the City Clerk's office that relate to an agenda item after
the agenda packets have been distributed to the City Council be
available to the public.
The attached documents were received in the City Clerk's office after
distribution of the May 19, 2015 City Council meeting agenda packet.

David Bewley forwarded to at least one City Councilmember some questions that had been posed to staff by a member
of the public. I am providing the Mike Porto's response for your information. Mr. Porto sent the response to Ms.
Massetti yesterday afternoon. The staff responses are in GREEN.

Mr. Porto,
I was referred to you in Luke Sims absence for information on Trumark Homes which is on the
Council's
May 19th agenda. I would appreciate it if you could provide following information in advance of
meeting:
1) Do any of the 399 units proposed contribute to the City's RHNA numbers? If so, how many units
and which
category are represented i.e. very-low income, low income, moderate, above-moderate. None of
the units contribute to the RHNA numbers.
2) Are all 399 units proposed (261 and additional 128) non-vested, with no developer agreement?
The units are non-vested
3) What is the amount of funds Trumark is proposing to contribute to a) DUSD and b) City of Dublin
(referenced as "Community Benefit") in Trumark Homes' letter to staff, dated April 25th? I have
no knowledge of what that might be at this time. This may be negotiated with the developer if
the Council initiates the Study
4) Does the City have a copy of the TJKM traffic consultant memos dated April 2nd and April 25,
2015?
If so, could you please provide a copy. The City does not have any traffic studies for this
site.
