SUBJECT: St. Patrick's Day Festival Acceptance of Gifts

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will formally accept the monetary contributions of the 32nd Annual St. Patrick's
Day Festival and Fun Run.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The City received $63,050 in monetary sponsorships.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council to formally accept the contributions.

DESCRIPTION:
Both the Festival and the Fun Run were generously supported by local businesses and
organizations. The City received $63,050 in monetary sponsorships for the weekend. The City
also received generous support of in-kind donations of goods and services. The sponsors were
recognized at the April 21, 2015 City Council meeting. The donations now need to be formally
accepted by the City Council. A list of the monetary and in-kind sponsors is shown on the
following page.
