Soto, City Clerk/Records Manager EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The City Council will consider approval of the minutes of the March 3, 2015 Special City Council meeting, the March 3, 2015 Regular City Council meeting and the March 7, 2015 Special City Council meeting. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the minutes of the March 3, 2015 Special City Council meeting, the March 3, 2015 Regular City Council meeting and the March 7, 2015 Special City Council meeting. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m., by Mayor Haubert. 1. ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Hart, and Mayor Haubert ABSENT: Councilmember Wehrenberg 2. Introduction of Commander Dennis Houghtelling 7:34 p.m. 3.4 The City Council welcomed Commander Dennis Houghtelling to the City of Dublin. Received (4.4) the report on the festivities planned for the 32nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration on March 14 and 15, 2015. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m., by Mayor Haubert. 1. ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Hart, Wehrenberg, and Mayor Haubert ABSENT: None The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. 3. STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP The City Council participated in a Strategic Planning Workshop. The City Council reviewed the City's long-term financial forecast; received an update on current economic and development conditions; reviewed its Mission, Vision and Values; and discussed future strategies and major initiatives. The City Council also discussed prioritizing these strategies and initiatives and the next steps resulting from this Strategic Planning Workshop, including its relationship to development of future City budgets. 4. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 1:56 p.m. in memory of Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond and our fallen troops.
