SUBJECT: Senior Center Advisory Committee Annual Report

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Senior Center Advisory Committee will present an Annual Report on the Senior Center's
activities and programs offered this year.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the report.

DESCRIPTION:
The Dublin Senior Center is a local gathering place for a variety of activities, programs, classes
and special events designed for active older adults. The Senior Center is also a popular place
for many community events and rentals.
The Senior Center Advisory Committee serves in a role that considers and makes
recommendations to the Parks and Community Services Commission, City Council, and to City
Staff in all matters pertaining to the operation and maintenance of an effective, efficient, and
adequate Senior Center for the citizens of Dublin.
The Senior Center Advisory Committee will provide a PowerPoint presentation to the City
Council on the ongoing and unique programs offered at the Dublin Senior Center.
