DESCRIPTION:
A brief status update will be provided by Stacey Wells, East Bay Representative for the League of
California Cities, on the State Budget and the potential impact of local government finances. Stacey
Wells will also provide the actions taken to-date by the League of California Cities as it relates to the
proposed Ballot initiative relating to preservation of local revenues that is beihg proposed for November
2004.
