The May 28, 2014 meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:06 PM, at the
Dublin Senior Center,by Chairperson Rastogi.

MINUTES OF THE REGUALAR MEETING-April 23, 2014
ON A MOTION BY CM JESSIE SHER,AND SECONDED BY CM BRUNCKHORST AND BY A
VOTE OF 7-0-6, THE YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE VOTED TO APPROVE THE
MINUTES OF APRIL 23, 2014 AS PRESENTED. CM'S DYER, PADNOS, NUNEZ, TRAN AND
DEGUZMAN ABSTAINED DUE TO HER ABSENCE AT THE APRIL 23,2014 MEETING.

NEW BUSINESS
Youth Advisory Committee 2013-2014 Annual Report to City Council
Chairperson Rastogi and Vice Chairperson Wang presented the 2013-2014 Youth Advisory Committee
Annual Report to the Advisory Committee Members and asked for feedback regarding the presentation.
The Advisory Committee Members stated that the report was well done and appreciated the work
Chairperson Rastogi and Vice Chairperson Wang did on the presentation.
Youth Advisory Committee End of Year Activity
Staff held an appreciation event for the Youth Advisory Committee Members to thank them for their
service during the 2013-2014 term. Staff provided food and held fun activities for the Advisory
Committee Members to enjoy.
